Every session starts with a conversation. Before we schedule, I like to connect with each client directly to understand your goals, what you're hoping to get out of the session, and any allergies or medical conditions that could affect your massage. That quick conversation helps me tailor the work to you from the moment you walk in — or I arrive at your door.
